Nicol Davis and Associates is terribly unprofessional

Appalling lack of professionalism, unbelievably rude agent (Elonese) and no clear escalation channel. I am still waiting for a statement that I asked for last year already, I call every week and I'm given a new excuse. The agent put the phone down in my ear when I said I'd hold on the line and wait for the statement because she's been promising to send it everytime I call, then when I reported her to her manager the manager **** about a time limit on calls ,I've been on calls with them for far longer than I was today and the line has never "cut". I can't believe that this is a real place.
