Incorrect listing against my name

I had an issue where a medical service provider handed my account over to Nicol Davis however upon investigation the said provider omitted to submit their claim to my medical aid. One year later, the claim was paid at the agreed rate yet now the attorneys refuse to remove the adverse listing against my name claiming that I am liable for their fees. This is beyond pathetic, they are trying to milk this thing and ensure they get me to pay for something that is clearly their client's fault - not mine.
