Harrassment and overpayments on accounts

<p>My account was handed over to Nicol and davis for collection of my unpaid hospital bill ( Tay ********** ).</p> <p> </p> <p>I started paying the account in July 2013 ( the balance was R1718.10), I kept asking for statement which the never send but i continued paying the account.</p> <p> </p> <p>In November 2016 they send me an other sms harassing me and telling me that my account is overdue, whereas i paid the account, I called and asked for the statement again, and it took them 2 weeks to generate the statement.</p> <p>When i received it i noticed that i finished paying the account in February 2016, while i continued to make the payments till now.</p> <p> </p> <p>Their consultants continued calling and harassing me about payments that i was already making on a monthly basis.</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid an excess of R835 on the account, and i want it BACK.</p> <p>part of their instalments include a breakdown of letters costs and telephone cost of close to R800 that were made, and i noticed that all the hilarious costs were drawn up to add up to my excess amount.</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid an extra R1632 into the account.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please pay back my money, I want my all the extra money i paid back.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
