have a challenge with nicol-davis. I was injured at work in 2013 and underwent a back operation. The anaesthetist was Dr Ngandi. In 2014 she sent me her bill and i fowarded it to the injury on duty department. Dr Ngandi was asked to register her practice so that she can be paid. In 2017 December i received an SMS staing that i have been handed over to Nicol-Davis for collection of the amount i owe. I immediately enquired from Gauteng Province; IOD unit in South Africa as to why was the account not paid and supp**** them with the SMS that was threatening me that i will be listed at the credit bureau. They responded that i cannot be handed in but ask Dr Ngandi to sent them the bill so that they can pay. I then talked to Mischell at Nicol-Davis telling her to check the email the IOD sent them regarding this account. The lady kept on calling me although i sent them the response from IOD requesting them to supply them with the account. I ended up telling them that i will meet them in court as they did not want to follow the process of demanding the money owed. Can you please help me to resolve this as i am still getting SMSs threatening to blacklist me. I am Mamotsamai Sekobolo and the account number with the attorneys is NGA 001 NGA 1072.
