<br> I am recalling my complain to Nicole and Davis , i received a call from Cristina Accounts Manager apologising on the sms that i received . i just want to say thaks to Cristina for solving my problem. i cancel the complain raised earlier.she advised that she will do a follow up as to who send me that sms because they dont use personal cell phones. she advised that she is now handling the account.<br> Thank you<br>

As we explained to you and which we must make very clear to the public, the sms which you refer to was sent from an individual pay as you go phone answered by a Mr Sipho Dhlamini. It does not belong to our company. All our sms's are sent via Smsportal and are sent in bulk. They are standard sms's reminding debtors of either their installments, defaults etc. We do not have the facility to sms personal messages.
