Disgusting conduct!

"Hi Elonese- Not sure if that was you or not that I spoke to a couple minutes ago. If it was you, then I’m totally disgusted in the way you talk to people!! You are by no means allowed to come at us with that bully attitude over the phone. I don’t know who you think you are… My wife has just called me crying at the way you spoke to her on the phone now. I’m at the point to take the matter up with my lawyer now on what you have done!!

Not sure why the matter was handed over to you as we only received the invoice on the “11 December 2020”? Either way your client said she would call you guys to retract the collection order and send the corrected invoice.. She has obviously done nothing of the sorts. As stated in emails to your client to please send the updated corrected invoice to us that corresponds with our medical aid so we could make payment. We are still waiting? That was the last and only email to your client. There was no harassment towards your client as it has been the only point of contact until now.. Be careful on what you say in your emails in the future please"

That was my reply to them after a very rude and hostile "Agent9" called me. Don't know who they think they are!! I have multiple close friends who own there own law firms who will rip them apart!!
