Disgrace, disgusting and unprofessional

Good day Today I requested a call to arrange settlements with Nicol Davis and Associates however the agent or representative that I spoke with was very rude and was unprofessional from the very start of the call, the call was at 09:04am today which is Wednesday 12th July 2023. I have the call recording of this conversation and have my lawyer on top of this as they provide serious attitude and no professionalism nor service has been provided. Nicol Davis and Associates contacted number is 011 476 6949 needs to take a serious look at the agents providing services to our consumers out here! Was a disgrace and disgusting service provided.
