Denise Hanekom : Disgraceful Conduct at Davis, Nicol & Assosciates, Tygervalley, Cape Town, South Africa

Denise Hanekom is the most unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with. My husband passed away in June 2021. She has been phoning non stop to his phone, which was never in use. She left the the most rude voice messages as if she was talking to a child or ********. When I got hold of her, she basically shouted at me and didn't give me time to finish talking. She then went on and put the phone down in my ear, whilst I was still talking to her. Denise Hanekom does not have any telephone etiquette, or take pride in what she does, working for a company like yours. I will also take this matter up with you client. I will not mention his name here.
