BAD EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATION S****S

Talk about a rude level of communication, i have one of the employees, calling me and rudely asking have i paid my account and why not then out of the blue they rudely reply my account will be handed over...and hang up the call on me..!!

no professional s****s, no communications s****s , some employees bring done company status levels.
