Absolute disgusting and rude behavior and disregard for my financial status

The most rudest people on the planet, the agent on the other end of the line screaming at me as if I owe her money,I was sent an email regarding outstanding payment, i then was told I can do monthly debits in which I sent a reply stating I can do, she then refuses and says YOU OWE US MONEY PAY THE AMOUNT OWED, I then stated I don't have the full amount and wish to do a debit order and she screams back stating NO YOU OWE US THE FULL AMOUNT, how do I as an individual pay the full amount and be told I will be taken to court and salary attached if I can't pay the full amount in which I have sent numerous emails stating I can do monthly debits, I know I am in the wrong for owing but come on, is that the way to speak and treat people? Thousands have looted our nation yet nothing has been done but people want to treat a law abiding tax paying citizen as if i was looting as well!!!! Do freaking better!!!
