unprofessional good lord it disgusting

<p>I have an outstanding balance of 900 Rand and I am willing to pay the bill but i will not pay it until the person I dealt with on numerous occasions apologizes for the way she treats people. </p> <p> </p> <p>i indicated to her that i am in front of my laptop and ready to make payment as long as i can speak to a different consultant as she is unprofessional and rude.at this point individual started to shout and scream and put the phone down.</p> <p>i phoned back and asked to speak to anyone else but her event the tea lady would be great but got told there is no one else to speak to.</p> <p>I just would like to find out if at this firm is there only one employee </p>
