FEELING HARASSED

I failed to pay my gynae bill timeously due to unforeseen circumstances. My account was then handed over. Besides the cost of their fees etc added to my acc, I now have ASANDA constantly emailing me, sending me reminder about the o/s account even though there is an arrangement on file. I have paid this month's installment of R1,000 and emailed ASANDA to ask that I NOT be harassed as its still JULY. I mean if it was 1 Aug I could understand that my payment is late. After 2 emails of asking to not be harassed, this person calls me on all numbers they have on file incl my work number, emails me to my private Gmail address as well as my work email address although I'm pretty sure I requested to NOT be emailed on my work email address, asking when PAYMENTS will be made even though I have requested to NOT be harassed. So this is another request - PLEASE STOP HARASSING ME as I have a payment arrangement on file, I have been making payment and July payment has already been made.
