Poor customer service

<p>Going into hospital for a minor procedure done by Dr van Niekerk at Greenacres Hospital in Port Elizabeth ended in drama. The procedure created complications and infections resulting in incredible pain. Despite calling their office on Monday morning early I was told Doctor was busy and I could come on Wednesday only, explaining my pain and desperation was nothing to the unfriendly staff (apparently his wife Ms vam Niekerk runs the office) and I was not assisted except that I could come on Wednesday. This meant I had to go to the emergency room the same day to be admitted to hospital again.</p> <p>complications can happen I am well aware but the meat factory, unfriendly ladies at reception and arrogance of dealing with a patient is unacceptable. I filed a formal complaint but never heard from Netcare, zero reesponse and Ms Van Niekerk informed me I had to pay up and was no longer welcome at their practice. </p> <p> </p> <p>Don't go to this surgeon, he not his staff cares how you as the paying customer feel, you are a number in this meat factory and this man should not be practicing is my opinion.</p>
