Disappointed and still crippled

This Dr is really self-centred. He performed an operation on me two times for the same problem and all the two operations were unsuccessful. Everytime I go to consult with him regarding the extreme pains his operations are causing me on a daily basis, he is no help whatsoever. Always rushing black patients like myself out of his consultation room but taking his time with white patients. You'll even hear them laughing extremely out loud with no care that other patients are waiting. Which I think is ****** of him. These two surgeries have cost me a whole lot of money yet still I'm still crippled. It seems to me money is all that which he cares for.
