Best service ever
I'd like to recommend Nico Energy Solar, their service is very good, they install our Solar from Gp to KZN Pietermaritzburg, whenever we have challenges we phone the installer guy he always helping us anytime we need help. I really appreciate their service . Keep up the good work guys

Best service ever

Misrepresentation and poor quality installation
I was quoted on a Deye 6kw Hybrid inverter, accepted, and installation was done. Except it was not a hybrid inverter but an offgrid. After many requests to have this sorted, no reply. Also poor quality cicuit breakers caused the system to trip under high charging conditions. Problem was reported but no response.

6kw deye system installed Durban
Andries based in Durban, reliable power is essential to keep my operations running smoothly...especially during Power outage. I recently had a 6kW Deye inverter, 5kWh Deye battery, and 6 x 620W solar panels installed, and I couldn’t be happier with both the system and the service. From the start, the sales team was knowledgeable and transparent, helping me choose the right setup for my needs without overselling. The installation was done professionally and efficiently, with great attention to detail. The team made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving and took the time to explain how to monitor and maintain the system. What really stood out was the after-sales support. Any questions I’ve had since installation have been answered quickly, and it’s clear they care about long-term customer satisfaction... not just making a sale. Now, I’m enjoying cleaner energy, lower electricity bills, and peace of mind knowing I have backup power when the grid goes down. I highly recommend this team to anyone in agriculture or any industry looking to go solar

I had an 11kW Ecco solar system installed by Nico Energy in Limpopo Phalaborwa and I'm now completely off-grid. The system has been performing well, and I’ve only had to call them twice since the installation. Their after-sales service is solid — they respond in good time & professionally. Although I had to cover half the transport cost for their call-out, I still think it's fair considering the distance. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend them to others looking for reliable solar solutions in remote areas.
