Terrible service

Very Very bad service. Not professional at all. No updates unless you call them. My father was in a accident in 2016 all documents were submitted in full nothing was short. They do not keep my father updated and when my dad calls for updates they always have the same story and no results. I wish we did a review check on hem before my father appointed this firm to handle his claim. They want to blame it on covid but even before covid they did not put effort into my fathers claim.
