Terrible service

I have contacted Nico Brits attorneys Delmas in 2014 and given them everything they needed for my 3rd party claim I have contacted them sended Emails nothing is happing everytime they will get back to me never does please can someone help me resolve this is with them they just don't care about their clients àt all.
