Poor service Nico Brits Attorneys

Their service is unacceptable really... I was in an accident in 2016. a few days after the accident I went to Nico Brits Attorneys with my complaint and my case.. Nico was at my house the owner of the business to get my details in 2016.

Months have passed after that eventually we got a call from a worker there stating I need to go to do x-rays and to see the doctor. We went there as requested.... Then again months have passed.... We call them to find out how far my case are and mm yes every time the receptionist tell us no the lady will call us back weeks have passed and months have passed...

I got a letter last year November after a fight eventually when they called me stating the summons was submitted to the RAF now we must wait 120 days .... that 120 days have passed already as well.... I've called them again asking the lady on what is going on no one comes back to me... sending mails to them to the management of the company and still no one comes back to me...

Last week eventually the one lady that calls the client called me stating mmm Mam I will get your file and I will contact you to tell you on what is going on! I was ok you have my details why did you not got the file and then called me and then tell me what is going on ? That is very easy .... She did not call me back up until now .... she called my husband he also have a case that they are supposed to attend and also struggling with and told him that they have send the papers and they are still waiting for the response....

every time you call them and ask to talk to the owner no one calls you back or if you leave a message to the manager no one calls you back. you call them the whole time and still you don't get service or a proper response except we will get your file to see what is going on then we will call you back or you get a response that we are still waiting for a response from RAF and this is most of the answers... They can not provide you with any documentation requesting from them to RAF on stating where they have been asking on how far your case are.....

I also went to the Advocate in Pretoria also a year ago that is also working on this case and still also nothing from Him as well and they are working together.

I am highly disappointing in this way of workers that they have that are not capable in doing the work properly or satisfying the clients needs on the quality of service that you are expecting from them.
