BAD Service unprofessional

We are now a few weeks later. After my complaint on hellopeter after that I got 1 call from their secretary Daphne stating that they don't have my avadavat on file they don't know where it is I must write another one. I said to het but how can my stuff just disappear out of my file and they know that they are going to use it when they submit my documents to RAF now all of the sudden they don't have it 5 months later that I received a letter stating that they have send my forms to RAF. Where one of that was supposed to be in there. I said to her send the form for me to complete again then. now again about 3 weeks later no form no one confirming what is going on did they received the first one nothing from them... This is really for me unacceptable their people working for them are really not professional every time they call you they have a lot of explanations and issues but nothing get resolved.

When you call them and leave the Management a note to call you back no one calls you back.

My claim is now almost 2 years with them and it just feel we don't get anywhere with them always issues and expiations.

If I knew what I knew now I would have gone to other more Professional attorneys working with this cases.
