Horrible building experience.

A truly terrible experience. We contracted Nico Beukes Building Services (NHBRC Reg nr: 1-***) to build a double story granny flat a above a double tandem garage. A new building from the foundation up. With the rains, so much water leaked down into the garage below. Everything is moldy and wet, even the walls are wet with water literally running down it. The shower also leaks dirty water on to my working bench below through the roof. I have lost tools and electrical wood working equipment due to this. It is really bad. The flooring above also started lifting probably due to water on the concrete that spread from the walls. We have been asking the builder many times to please sort it out but alas, just hostility. Please be warned!
