has not settled car

In 2013 we traded in a Honda Civic Lxi in for a Honda FRV at Niclo Motors, Zambezi Road, Montana.<br> We signed the contract, gave them the settlement letter and took delivery of the FRV only to realise, 2 months down the line, that Niclo Motors never settled the Honda Civic Lxi. After contacting Niclo Motors they gave us a pathetic excuse and up to date this car has still not been settled with the bank. We regularly receive speed fines, outstanding toll fee invoices and been promised on numerous occasions that they will settle car at the end of the month. It's been 2 years now and a long line of empty promises. <br> I would not recommend Niclo Motors to anyone as they promise, but NEVER deliver<br>
