********* service, bad quality products and deceiving sales represtatives

I purchased over R7000 worth of goods from this site. When I received the goods they were of such cheap quality and didn't represent what I paid for and what was depicted on the website. The same day of delivery I had brought this to the sales reps attention with pictures. It took weeks to get responses from her supplier in China. Please note their products are not made in Germany or Thailand like they advertised at my time of purchase. So I then get an email saying I should sell the poor quality products at a cheaper than bought rate to make some of my money back. I refused and asked for a full refund to which I had to ship all goods back at my cost as standard mail as requested by the sales rep. I shipped in August 2017 and only got a reply 2 weeks ago as I had to follow up on if my returns got to the warehouse. I now have an email from the warehouse saying my order was last year and falls out of warranty period, I didn't provide supporting evidence and it got to them too late so I am entitles to only 50% of my money back as the goods are now second hand. Their products are poor quality and they tell me they are now second hand. They are all from China/ Hong Kong not anywhere else. Standard shipping was chosen by their company sales rep Nicyl van Achterberg from the Freestate and I'm told it got to them too late???? Save your money and your peace of mind. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
