Niclau Designs

Niclau Designs is the most pathetic online store I have ever come across! After ordering an item I had to wait 4 MONTHS before receiving it, and they kept on saying 15-25 days. After paying an extra fee for them to deliver the parcel to my door, I had to go and collect it myself at the post office and still had to pay extra again to be able to take it home.. "shocker"... After several weeks of begging them to reply to my emails and Facebook comments, I realized that they kept on deleting my Facebook comments and ignoring my emails on purpose.

They could not even apologize for the ****ty service and ****ty quality items that I have received. Never in my life will I purchase from them again. I hope that whoever is reading this does not waste their time with Niclau Designs.
