Regret doing business with Nicks Auto

Received bad service from the owner. The car had a defect before we left dealership and I informed him about this and he promised that he would assist in resolving it. I took his word and signed the contract but now he distancing himself and is denying the verbal agreement that he made to me. Be warned.
