False advertising

Sadly there is a Nicks Auro dealership in the USA with excellant reviews which might mislead people that Google reviews for these ***** characters in South Africa. The following vehicle is advertised at day of posting this on their website 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan 1.4 TSI Bluemotion Trend&Fun (118kW). The vehicle is advertised with 94 000 km on the clock and full service history. When I checked with VW after having been provided the VIN number, the vehicle was last service in 2020 with 157 000km on the clock. When I queried this with someone who calls herself Khosi at Nick Auto the explanation was that "they provide the information that was given to them by the previous owner". They did confirm that the car was in an accident (thank you previous post on this site) but this is not mentioned in the add either. Stay away.
