Could not care less

It had been almost two months and I hadn't received my graduation pictures nor had I heard from anyone. Basically, the photos had been received by the post office, but they didn't send out a notification to me and the package was returned to Nickay who didn't contact me to let me know this, nor do they have any followup or notification process themselves should there be any holdups to prevent this from happening.

I emailed them on 30/01/2018 and only got a response on 04/02/2018. That alone says a lot about how unprofessional they are.

I spent a lot of money in order to get the photos. I asked for them to be posted to me. The post office didn't send any notifications once it arrived and no one at Nickay let me know that it needed collecting nor did anyone let me know that I needed to collect it once it was returned to Nickay. It was by sheer dumb luck and curiosity on my part that I found out that it had come and gone from the post office back to Nickay. NO ONE contacted me to let me know.

I have questioned them about this and those emails have duly been ignored. It is clear they don't care and will in essence hold the photos ransom until I pay another fee to get what I have already paid for.

I hope everyone in the media industry takes note and avoids this business like the plague. There are far more professional photography services available out there and they will certainly at least deliver, if not go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
