Non delivery of order

I placed an order on the 8th November 2021 (Order Number LLHD1402) and received an email stating that my order had been confirmed and was being shipped. It was a rechargeable saw with an extra chain blade. To date i have not received the saw, only the extra chain blade. I have tried to call, the number has been discontinued. I have emailed several times and it comes back undelivered. Not sure where to go from here!!
