Out of the box customer service

My whole experience from Nicheliving was truly amazing in today's age. From the very user friendly website, painless payment experience...except for my bank account:-). A profile was created on their site... I could track and trace my order every step of the way. Daresh was in constant contact via phone and WhatsApp right up to the end.. even after my goods had arrived. I also received a wonderful box of hand-made chocolates, thanking me for choosing Nicheliving. If anyone has any doubt about buying online don't.... my local supplier in East London did not even come close to price, customer service and attention to detail. It was the attitude of take it or leave it...First big mistake as we have choices in life... and it's called on line shopping... I can't give Daresh from Nicheliving enough accolades for what is out of the box for excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Thanks Guys you were tops.... can't wait to use my new hob and oven..
