No customer service

I bought a PS4 from nicheimporters.com on January 7, 2022. To date I have not received my delivery.

I've exhausted all efforts to contact them. a. Sent multiple emails with no response. b. Called the landline, which goes to an automated voice saying "the person at extension 8963 is not available..." c. Also no response via their WhatsApp line.

Money down the drain.
