Niche importers - Payment of goods with no delivery

On 20 Dec 2021 I bought a PS4 and was promised delivery on 23rd Dec 2021 via email. As at 5 Jan 2022, I have not received the PS4. I have made several attempts to get hold of Niche importers via email and what's up with no response. Also their telephone line goes to voice messages all the time. I requested a refund via email and what's up line with no response as well. I am extremely disgusted by this poor service.
