MOST REDICULOUS SERVICE

I placed an order of White SMEG Retro Drip Filter Coffee machine on the 28th December 2021 and paid the same day. Since then delivery date was meant to be 3 to 5 days but it keeps changing to the next day daily. there is no accessible contact number, WhatsApp number not taking messages anymore. order still shows processing but nothing is happening. no communication whatsoever. order no. 3981. If i am not able to get the product, may i kindly get a refund. this is the worst service ever. I hope this is not a ****.
