Horrible customer service

I bought Smart Watch on 20/01/2022. The then I received a confirmation email and the watch is supposed to arrive today 25/01/2022 and now they are shifting the delivery for the second time.

The sad part is that the calls go straight to voice mail, no responses to WhatsApp and response to emails. Their customer service is pathetic and unprofessional.
