Bad service

Hello kindly assist I had made an online purchase of Smeg 1.7Retro kettle worth R1999 at Niche importers on 21th Dec with deliver date of 23/24 Dec 2021 with order number 3830 i had tried several times to get hold of them via whatsapp and also through email with no luck, I'm based in Capetown and their offices are in Johannesburg. Anyone kindly assist how to i get hold of them yo either get my order or refund. Their landline was said to be back by the 5th of Jan, but that has not been the case. Your assistance in above will be appreciated.
