Pathetic excuse for an estate agent

Very poor and pathetic service from an estate agent, put my family out on the streets due a pandemic.

Demand money from my family and almost made my highly pregnant wife under pressure to move out.

Lots of lies spoken and no help at all from the agent even after bringing all the faults to her attention.

The agent showed no remorse for me as an individual as I was in hospital and under went surgery which was life threatening.

Now the agent is still trying put us under pressure for money.
