Disappointing experience, nice and easy estate agency

Good day. My review is for Nice and Easy estate agency, agents approached me at my home in Richard's bay to list my property. They told me they had a buyer that's pre-qualified for the amount. However they were just messing me around as after the OTP was signed they couldn't apply for a bond. The reason was that the buyers company couldn't provide him with payslips or a letter of employment. These were weak excuses. Eventually the agent recommended I look at other buyers but this was almost a month later. I think agents like this give small rental agencies a bad name. I was deeply disappointed at the service.
