Don't shop at Nicci Boutique
Don't biy any clothing items from Nicci Boutique. I baught a top by them. It is a one size fits all or so they say. I am a size 8, the top was way too tight. I went to return the top and to my surprise the shop assistant informed me that they don't do refunds. I had to swop it for something to the same value. Well firstly that goes totally against the Consumers act. And secondly I am 55 years old. Thete is around 2% of the items in the dtore suitable for someone my age. The was absolutely nothing else in the store that I was interested in. So I have handed to top back (without receiving a refund) I found a little cardigan that I took. But they still owe me the rest of my money back.

We do however appreciate the time you have taken to give us your feedback.
We pride ourselves at Nicci on maintaining high ethical standards and always strive to ensure that we are fair.
As it so happens we are not in breach of the consumer act but as you are aware we did honour your request of refunding the balance within 24 hours of your request.
We hope that we can put this matter aside.
