PATHETIC BROKER SERVICES

Requested a quote from Brokers, getting that right was a nightmare, eventually I accepted the quote, called the MD of the company Barry, advised that he should continue with my policy as i had decided to go with it. He advised that he was in the middle of a party and would call me back tomorrow morning. This was somewhere in December 2017. On the 15/01/2018 i sent him an email advising that his service was very poor, he rep**** by apologizing and promising to call me back the next morning, I still await his call. pathetic! Its quite simple, if you do not need me as a customer, please let me know politely and i will gladly take my business elsewhere. Don't give us the run around!........
