Failed by lazy government staff

I'm totally disappointed when I was desperately calling for an ambulance on behalf of a pensioner wwho hhas stroke. I was told that I can't get help when I phoned direct to the hospital after several attempts on 112 emergency line...which failed to connect. 11h40 13/01/2020
