Poor treatment from Nia Azuri

I went for a hair wash, dry and set. The stylist pulled my hair continuously causing much pain and a severe headache. There was frizz and curls in my hair, even after she straightened it. I could not wait to get out of the shop. The stylist complained continuously that she was tired and had the runs.

When I advised the owner, all she said was that we should have told her. Had we known she was in the shop, we would have told her.

I definitely will not go back there and cannot believe that we actually have to pay for this.
