Stop knocking the NHS

Despite everything negative thing you read, see or hear in the media I have yet to experience anything other than the most friendly and efficient assistance from the NHS. I have witnessed the most appalling and, I might add, unjustified verbal abuse of NHS staff that at times is very personal yet they seem able to rise above it and greet the next person with a warm smile and friendly greeting. Everyone at the NHS that I have had the good fortune to interact with gets nothing but high praise and an extra size portion of thank you from me
