Bad Accounting Practice

I took my daughter to Faerie Glen Hospital Emergency one evening in May '14. Some months later I get a threatening letter from Du Plessis Attorneys about an outstanding account for NHN24. I phoned the hospital and spoke to Dorinda, who at the time was not very friendly and stated that if I pay, they will ask the attorney to close the file. <br> So, I paid the amount in question in Sept '14, and she was supposed to ask the attorneys to close the file. <br> Two weeks ago, I get another threatening letter from Du Plessis Attorneys, about the same account. I spoke to Dorinda once again, she advised that she did ask the attorneys to close the file on 27 Sept '14 and she will speak to their representative at the Attorneys to resolve the matter. <br> The matter is still not resolved, and I'm still being threatened, but now Dorinda cannot do anything anymore, I will just have to sort this out with the Attorneys! <br> This is the worst service ever, and the worst is her boss agrees with her that nothing is wrong with this picture!
