Medical malpractice

Today my partner and I went to visit this Private clinic in Erasmus Hebron SANC no ***2 Practice no ***, upon her consultation she asked to remove her implant, the clinician then injected the syringe vertically not diagonally then sliced her upper arm making a deep incision then with her bare fingers tried removing the implant whilst my partner was in pain she continued to percist to try pull it with her fingers. She then removed fat from her arm, asking if she should remove the fat, to which my partner said "no" however she continued to removed the fat. Seeing that the patient is losing a lot of blood she app**** gel to the wound to a cotton wool and 2 plasters and closed the wound without stitching it causing an internal bleed. She then told her to go home and come back after seven days with the open wound and on her sicknote she wrote that she must come back on the 4th and she's cleared for worked on the 4th. Gave her folic acid pills with not painblock or antibiotics for the wound closure or care.

Seeing that her arm was inflamed I then took her to ODI hospital where they properly closed the wound by stitching it and then booked her for operation on the 5th of December

We went back to ask her to fix the sicknote as it affects my partner salary as I got there I then to asked for that she then wanted to explain herself and procedure. To which I called her out for all her medical malpractise. And breaking my partner's phone however she took the sicknote and chased us out.

Please help me by directing me to where I can lodge a formal medical complaint
