Very poor service response since 2018!

I'm really exhausted by NHFC and their lack of empathy and how inconsiderate they are. It's like all they care about is having a salary at the end of the month which they don't even lift finger for! I app**** for the housing subsidy and was approved in 2018 but no payment has been made since then. I have called and sent numerous emails to follow-up but nothing seems to bother them. I've lost all hope and don't even know if the funds will ever be paid over. I'm really disappointed at the poor service
