Seems Nhfc its just a pipedream

Please someone help! Is the government flisp program for real or is it a ****. I am still yet to meet someone happy about the service. Everytime you are sent from pillar to post. I am sitting with a letter showing my application was approved, i am now going to the 6 month without anything happening, without anyone helping.
