Payment delayed after all requested documents submitted

Application was submitted in 2019 and approved, the house was under development and it was registered on the 29 July 2020 I sent all the required documents to flisp September 2020 as I had to wait for the tittle deed, but until today no payment was done, Sandy has stories to tell me everyday, keitumetse is working from home and never available, carol moved departments and can’t help, the switch board always don’t answer, if the money for my application was paid to someone else they can just let me know as we are all aware that the government system is *****
