INCOMPETENCE.

I am having a horrible experience with NHFC. I was very excited when I got approved for my bond & I felt liberated when I learnt about the government subsidy little did I know that this would ***** my joy. The service is terrible. I have to do follow ups after follow ups. Nobody responds to emails and phone calls do not go through.. I app**** for the subsidy in June 2020 and only got approved in March 2021. I still have not received my payment which I deserve as a hard-working citizen. People at NHFC make it seem like they are doing the public a favor by doing their actual work. I am demoralized and not sure I will ever WIN this. I am disappointed.
