FLISP! is it only for the select few or do we all qualify as South African citizens who earn too much to qualify for RDP houses and TOO LITTLE to afford HOME LOANS?

I recently app**** for the Flisp Housing grant that ALL South Africans who earn less than a certain threshold qualify for. Before I app**** I made sure that I thoroughly read and enquire if I would qualify as well as made sure I submit all the required documents needed for the application.

I sent through my application on the 22 May 2019 to the email they gave on the website: *** , with the hope that I would receive an acknowledgement email that my application was received, the day after I called the numbers that were on the NHFC website trying to confirm if my application was received. I had no luck getting through as the phone kept on going to voicemail.

On the 27 May 2019 I sent a follow up email wanting to know if my application was received and still no response was received, the calls too are never picked up, fast forward 6 August 2019 I had still not gotten any response and I sent another follow up on email which has not been answered and the calls are still not being picked up when I try to call.

On the information they shared on their website they mentioned that whether the application is successful or not they will respond and give reasons for their conclusions and that is all I need, I need to know if my application was reviewed, do I qualify or do I not and the reasons thereof!
