bad customer service

I have never experienced such upholding service from consultant Sendy Kganane <***> since the 18 September 2020 I am still awaiting for my approved flisp payout as if she is the one approving it . I honestly do not get it as to what is the delay on her side. Can i please be helped because one does not even have a number for her.
