Rude staff member

<p>Absolutely arrogant behaviour from Joanne. I phoned and asked for Malanil tablets for my trip to Malawi and she quotes me for a consult and tablets. I asked her is it neccessary for a consult and she arrogantly replies asking me who do I think is going to give me the tablets. This was a legitimate question because I've used them before and I have had the consult so I told her there is no need to be arrogant or rude and she says, "Same to you". My employer gives this place a lot of business, but I will make sure that we do not recommend anyone else to use them in future.</p>
