NHC Honeydew find a Dr elsewhere - this centers switchboard is seldom functional you will not get an appointment

I cannot believe how often NHC Honeydew switchboard/reception is not functional. In a space of less than 3 weeks, the switchboard has not been operational. I have sent emails that just get ignored. Should I look for a Dr elsewhere since the NHC is unable to perform the simple task of answering their phones? I am appalled by this medical center's lack of professionalism and negligence when it comes to healthcare.
